Fucking Hell, the second version of the work Hell, which was accidentally destroyed in 2004, takes the form of nine display cases laid out like swastikas. They contain models where 30,000 small skeletons of Nazi soldiers are staged to demonstrate the absurdity of the Second World War.

Brothers Jake and Dinos Chapman enjoyed slipping inconsistencies into this apocalyptic scene under glass. In the ruins of our civilization there are nine little Hitlers. It is up to us to launch into a remastered "Where’s Wally?" and find them.

This edifying work exemplifies the irreverent approach of the Chapman brothers, who always use dark humour and provocation. It was first exhibited in 2011 at "Mapping the Studio", a show at the Punta della Dogana.
